At Advent Properties, we are always aware of any changes to local rental laws and make it our priority to understand them. That’s why when Richmond passed its new laws on rent control, we notified all our Richmond owners of the new changes.

Because we were on top of new rental laws, the owner became fully aware of the changes. We preemptively let the tenants and owner know of changes in rent.
