Advent always does its best to repair/replace as quickly as possible. Please note, due to shortages of parts, slowed deliveries, inadequate staffing levels with trusted vendors, your repair/replacement may take longer and we apologize and thank you in advance for your patience. You are important and valuable to us.
For Non-Emergency Property Care Requests via your online log-in, please include the best contact phone number and time to contact you and describe your request in detail. Your request is important to us and will be addressed as soon as possible. This will help the team in order to have your request responded to as soon as possible.
Please also keep in mind that online requests should NOT be used for Property Care Emergencies. In the event of a maintenance emergency service situation, please call (510) 359.5146 (do not use this number for any other purposes except maintenance requests).
For all other emergencies outside of maintenance, please be sure to dial 911.
