Benjamin works with owners transitioning into professional property management as well as buying and selling residential and commercial properties. Benjamin is also Vice President of the Board of Spectrum Community Services that provides senior meals, fall prevention classes & home weatherization and energy efficiency program so seniors can stay in their homes with dignity.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
William brings with him more than a decade of real estate law litigation and transaction experience as a California licensed attorney* as well as experience in the financial services industry. As COO, William works with owners, the entire Advent team, and outside counsel to ensure that risks are minimized and returns are optimized. William is also responsible for educating owners and members of the real estate community on developments in state and local law affecting residential rental properties.
William is a proud parent of a Pomeranian named Shelby who sometimes accompanies him to work.

Darryl is a licensed Broker-Associate and the lead Realtor at Advent Properties, Inc. Additionally, Darryl is responsible for consulting and onboarding all new residential and commercial property management clients. As the lead Realtor, Darryl works with his team of agents, representing clients looking to purchase or sell their property.

Outside of work, Darryl serves as a mentor for iMentor working with underprivileged students. He is paired with a student in Oakland High School and will mentor this student for 3 years, helping guide them to a successful college experience.
Darryl was also recently unanimously voted in as a Board member for the non-profit group, First Place For Youth that assists youth transitioning out of the Foster Care system.

As the Director of Operations, Sasha directly manages all office activities. Strategizing and coordinating the most appropriate actions for the leasing and property management teams to provide the best possible service for you, your property, and your tenant(s).
PROJECT MANAGER, CCRM
Tommy has a decade of property management experience. He is responsible for property enhancement projects. He strongly believes in preserving and enhancing property values.
ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER, CCRM
Kelly is an Assistant Property Manager. She works in conjunction with William and Nha to facilitate clerical property management needs. Kelly is specifically tasked with assisting and scheduling property inspections, for both Advent Properties and city agencies. She also works with our leasing department in scheduling showings for vacant units.

Nha is an Assistant Property Manager. She works in conjunction with William and Kelly to facilitate clerical property management needs and requirements.

Monica is an Assistant Property Manager who primarily works with Sasha and Kelly to facilitate clerical property management needs.
ACCOUNTING & HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Longson holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and oversees the overall collection of rental payments, concession deposits, monthly property payments, and is responsible for Owner account reporting. He is fluent in Cantonese and conversant in Mandarin, and literate in Chinese.
Tammy provides accounting services for Advent Properties. She assists the accounting department in collection of rental payments, concession deposits, monthly property payments and assists in owner account reporting.
With many new listings coming to the market, Austin brings a level of care and understanding of your property and helps us turn potential tenants into happy residents! Austin works with Tyler on all leasing needs, from conducting viewings for prospective tenants to moving in new tenants.

Donnell is responsible for the smooth daily operations of the maintenance department. He oversees all maintenance requests from our resident(s), day to day maintenance, and the renovation/refurbishment of properties.
Isaac handles hundreds of maintenance requests and works with vendors on servicing requests.

Nicole works with Monica, Nha, and Donnell to ensure the safety of your property and tenants!
Darien is responsible for utilizing the latest digital marketing technologies to market your property professionally. He is a knowledgeable resource for all digital photography, advertising, and social media marketing initiatives. Darien creates content to keep you up to date on the latest real estate and property management laws and trends via monthly newsletters, social media posts, and blog articles. He primarily assists Darryl, Benjamin, and the leasing to make your property look its very best and reach the right people!
CHIEF MOTIVATION OFFICER / DIRECTOR OF NAPPING
Kylie is tasked with keeping the Advent Team happy and motivated. She provides snorts and cuddles when necessary and will help guide you on napping techniques. She is always down for a petting break. Come say Hi to Kylie next time you visit!
DIRECTOR OF SECURITY & SCRAPS DISPOSAL
Samuel L. Jackson-Bonakdar is responsible for vigilantly overseeing office activity, assisting Kylie with licks and cuddles, accommodating all furry guests with entertainment, and the removal of all dog-friendly scraps from the kitchen.
