As soon as we took on the property, we assessed what work needed to be done. After providing the owner with quotes, we moved forward with repainting, updating appliances, and doing a deep clean. With this we were able to put the home on the market and rent out at market rate. By doing this, the rent was at a competitive price, which in hand increased the value of the property.
