The property was mismanaged in the past and struggled to rent out at market rent and find tenants.

At Advent Properties, we believe it’s important to maintain properties at high standards, which means doing due diligence and avoiding deferred maintenance.

After one month of managing the property, we assessed what work needed to be done. After providing the owner with quotes, we moved forward with the work and put the rental on the market at a competitive rate. We were able to find a good tenant who conveniently just started working at Pixar Studios. The owner and tenant were happy that everything worked out for them.

With the rise of new businesses in the area comes increase interest in renting. After all, wouldn’t it be nice to cut down the work commute?

Emeryville is a bay area hub for business activity with many companies such as Pixar, Clif Bar, Peet’s Coffee, Jamba Juice, and many others.

Emeryville has been attractive renters because of its central location and shopping convenience. With the rise of renters comes a need for property managers who will take care of property at exceptional standards.
